Aureon Community Development Grant
Aureon supports community growth by inviting public and private non-profit agencies to submit quarterly grant proposals for community projects. Grants range from $1,500 to $5,000, helping fund tangible items and soft costs that advance charitable causes in eligible communities served by Aureon.
Eligible Communities: Albia, Altoona, Ames, Ankeny, Audubon, Clive, Davenport, Des Moines, Dyersville, Fort Dodge, Grimes, Grinnell, Johnston, Newton, Norwalk, Pella, Pleasant Hill, Spencer, Tama, Toledo, Urbandale, Waterloo, Waukee, West Des Moines, Windsor Heights.

Charity Grant Program
Our Charity Grant Program provides financial aid to various public and private nonprofit agencies for tangible community-based projects to organizations in communities served by Aureon ITC Shareholders across rural Iowa.
Ripple Effect
In partnership with the Iowa Area Development Group (IADG), Aureon is proud to strengthen rural Iowa communities through economic development initiatives. Aureon has leveraged over $5 million in funding and support throughout rural Iowa communities, which include financial incentives, project coordination, location services, marketing, and education.
AU Cares
At Aureon, we are dedicated to being an integral part of the community by demonstrating our leadership in the area of corporate citizenship and contributions to the community. Our commitment to making a positive impact in the communities we live and work. Au Cares, Aureon’s Corporate Social Responsibility committee, is responsible for dispersing corporate charitable contributions for Aureon and providing volunteer opportunities for our employees to give back to our communities. We recognize the importance of all charities and support many nonprofit agencies and community programs throughout the area.
Scholarship Program
Since 2003, the Aureon Network Services Scholarship Program has been committed to supporting students in rural Iowa communities who are pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Each year, $15,000 in scholarships is awarded to help these future innovators achieve their academic goals. With over $157,000 in total scholarships awarded, this program continues to inspire the next generation of STEM leaders.
