Description:
We are looking for a highly-motivated, well-organized, Sales Support Representative to facilitate and deliver clinical laboratory services necessary to maximize internal and external customer satisfaction. The individual will assist with administrative tasks and work closely with the sales team to increase sales by providing superior service to customers. Primarily, the individual will maintain open communication with patients and doctors to provide information and resolve inquiries. Other responsibilities shall include verifying and maintaining new accounts, inputting and reviewing all orders, working with the billing department to coordinate correspondence and periodically generating and distributing sales reports to department heads. Excellent time management and verbal and written communication skills are required.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree required
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Must possess strong oral and written skills
- Must be computer literate
- Previous customer service experience (2-5 years) is preferred
This is a full-time position located in our Yonkers, New York office.
